Along with A&R representatives from SONY, EMI, Warner, Universal Records, Carole Bayer Sager of TONOS comes on board as a music industry judge of the USA Songwriting Competition.

The universal lyrics written by Tonos founder Carole Bayer Sager have been living inscores of the most popular and successful songs for more than two decades. From the Grammy winning, "That's What Friends Are For," the personal message of "Don't Cry Out Loud," the fun Academy Award-winning "Arthur's Theme," to the spiritual message of the Oscar nominated song "The Prayer," Sager's lyrics have become part of the American vocabulary and her songs have become standards. Honors for her work include an Academy Award (7 nominations), a Grammy Award (9 nominations), two Golden Globe Awards (7 nominations), a Tony Award (2 nominations), an Emmy nomination, an induction into the Songwriter's Hall of Fame, as well as a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Whitney Houston Foundation.
