Hailing from Los Angeles area, this Israeli born songsmith - Ofer Moses is flying in the face of his indie rock contemporaries with a sound that is both lush and concise. Ofer's debut album, Short Story Long is a rare offering from a talented singer/songwriter who some say has somewhat of an indicative style to that of the late Elliot Smith's. While working on the record, a cast of friends lent their support that resulted in an intelligible collection of songs.
Already a regular in the clubs, Ofer opened up for Rufus Wainright while guests such as Lenord Cohen etc. looked on, ranted and performed over the airwaves of Power 106 FM and KXLU, and played a high profile show for a fashion line called Imitation of Christ.
